Just something I've been thinking about.
Do you think they would go nice on her about killing Saunders or just book it as straight forward murder? Do you think the surrounding factors would come into play?
The fact that the man she killed was a terrorist who killed many including her husband. And that everything turned out ok, Which i know can't do much.
So, thoughts? |

The sentences to manslaughter and murder are very different. |

I know that but "same thing" doesn't mean same thing.
It's just an expression. |

Oh yeah! An actual discussion!! And this is great timing since I just finished rewatching that season tonight (and my boyfriend won't shut up about how shocked he is that they actually killed Chappelle.).
I think they might go easier on her because it was obviously a spontaneous thing. Planned murders are what you go to jail for life for. This was just a bad freakout. I don't think the fact that it was Saunders would make a difference... But then again, they may go harder on her since she hindered their investigation somewhat by killing him before he could correctly identify the virus handler. |

Interesting one yes... But one never know how important having Saunders was to the US gov? As he might have valuable details etc etc... |

True. he coulda been a very valuable asset as a prisoner, than a corpse.
I have no clue how they woulda handled her case. But Gaielle was awesome. I still remember how awesome it was when tony had to bust up and stop chappelle from torturing him. |
