How did Tony find Jack?

I am watching season 4, disc 2, time: 13:00-14:00, its the scene where Tony rescues Jack and Audrey. I was wondering, how did Tony knew Jack and Audrey were in danger and how did he found them?
Its quite unclear to me.

When Jack and audrey were in a room Jack called someoone and said its the onlyperson i can trust right now.

Then tony must of heard the shootingand gone to that spesific area

It's pretty obvious if Jack called Tony, then he also would have mentioned to Tony what his location was otherwise it would have been impossible for Tony to find him.
Jack's not stupid enough to leave out critical details like that.
