How I Think Kim Will Return

Jack is gonna need a blood transfusion and Kim can give it to him. So after all these years of Jack saving Kims life, its gonna Kim saving Jacks life

I posted this idea before the last episode, i think they would have mentioned this was a possible to save him though wouldnt they?

But if this is the case i think Kim would do it but wont stick around for him afterwards.

I think they're under the assumption that he's gone. Being that they mentioned there was no cure.
