Is not using real-time a bad idea?

Still, even if I was as lucky as DSi, I'd still want to go see it in the cinemas. Like in Rocky Balboa, I just have to see it on the big screen.

Nah, I don't think so. I mean, there's real-time in the seasons, I don't think it would harm the movie in any way and people would still like the movie.

real time is what the bloody show is about, so they should either abandon the film or call it "2" or however long it will be

Unless there is a Home Run this season, I just can't see a green light ever happening for a "24 Movie." The posts we have here are pretty dated. What do you all think now considering we're less than 2 weeks from the onset of season 7?

Even now 24 slipped with Season 6 it's still a very popular show. The year hiatus hasn't helped though.

This season needs to be good. But i still see a 24 Movie happening.

After redemption I can see this season being the best.

This season will be the best because it is going to be fresh and new - the writer owe us at least that much. New settings, new characters, no CTU, even a new Jack, so to speak. He will have a different mindset this season, I think, which will bring a new element to the show. My biggest wish/hope is that the baddies are very different, and not quite so predictable. I am very excited to see the interaction between Tony and Jack. Their past history is going to be the cause of more mental and physiological fighting then anything.

for me i guess real time on making a movie will be great but still who the f**k will stay there for 24hrs. I mean movies run for 2 hrs or more and the story sets on from childhood to birth but still this works. I know 24 is all about real time but guys lets not be kids here. one thing the show got us all hooked is about it's storyline and the thrills they give us. just let the producers and the writers make thier work and surely we won't regret in seeing this show on the big screen.

24 will always rule regardless of hte time it will occur.
