does anyone know if Janet died at the end of episode 3?

She didn't. She's still alive and on her way to hospital soon.

So for now, she's okay.

You will find out in a few episodes time what finally happens too her i think, but you should find out in 4 that shes in the hospital

Janets fake dad kills her while shes in hospital dosent he in like the 6th or 7th hour? Or is that something else?

Yep you're right that's exactly what happens.

The doctor said Janet was going to wake up soon, and then she would see her "father," and his cover would be blown.

Someone (I think it was Ira Gaines) told Jack to open the trunk of a car, and there was a body in the trunk, later discovered to be Janet's father by CTU.

Yeah and Nina calls Terri and tell that to her as a message to Jack but that's how Terri finds out.
