Well what does everyone think happened to Season 6? What were it's strong and weak points? My thoughts:
Pro: Great 4 part opener
Strong ending. Lets them do anything with S7
Con:
-To many new characters that we didn't care about
- after episode Fayed was dead the subcircuit board was a terrible plot
- Didn't use Bill or Chloe very well.
I look foward to hearing your thoughts. |

Bad:
Should have incorporated more with CTU.
Too many good guys died.
Jack's family was a horrible subplot and should never have been used in the show.
Horrible plot for the end 3/4 of show with the Chinese and the sub circuit board.
Good:
Jack's brother being the bad guy from season 5 left a lot of loose ends, could be picked up in later seasons.
Very strong ending, season 7 will be unpredictable.
Amazing season premier and beginning of season.
That's just in my opinion |

Anyone else with any thoughts about this?
I have a few more
Cons: When they brought back older characters they didn't have much purpose. Aaron, Martha and Logan had a waste of an episode which was never resolved.
Milo was just a useless character who was brought back for no reason whatsoever.
Pro: The amazing death of Fayed
Tom Lennox was a great newbie |

Con:
-Killing Curtis. Curtis was an awesome character.
-Not much from Aaron Pierce
Pro:
-Killing Curtis made great TV
-Chan surviving (he did didn't he?) This leaves that storyline open for later seasons.
-Morris is a great character.
-The ending was great. It leaves a lot of emotion for the next season, which the producers say will be more personal. But did anyone get the feeling that he was going to jump off the balcony? For some reason i imagined that happening
That's all i can think of. |

I look foward to hearing your thoughts. | I was sad to see Fayed die as i loved that whole terror plot. The circuit board got so boring. Jacks brother dying was a bad point too. They didn't use Chloe enough. She needs to have more. She is an awesome actress. Bill the same. Stop bringing in all these geeky people trying to fit in on the show. |

You should watch the other seasons, they are a lot better in my opinion! Start with season 1 and go forward from there. |

GOOD:
- Seeing more of Jack's background and his family
- Charles Logan returns
- A brilliant White House plot and the character of Tom Lennox
- CTU populated with real characters instead of number-punching names, and the humour increase
- Shockingly gruesome: the neck bite, the knife in the knee, the drill torture, the severed arm, etc.
- Plenty of action without it being pointless
- Curtis is killed and Jack's reaction: so emotional
- Jack's final speech to Audrey
BAD:
- Mike Doyle: a nice idea, but too much like Jack 2.0
- Jack underused in the middle in favour of other characters
- A few dodgy fake CGI shots during the oil platform finale
- Martha Logan and Aaron Pierce only being present for one episode |

Good ender, anything can happen next season. Quite a lot of suspense.
Should have been more 'leaks'. Doyle was too much of a Jack, no personality etc. |

They once again ran out of ideas. And the chemistry was gone. |

I'd disagree. Jack hearing of Audrey's death in a simple scene was not enough closure on their storyline, and also Jack needed revenge on Cheng Zhi and his father, Phillip. After Jack killed Abu Fayed, the storyline really picked up for me and got interesting. It was one of those classic moments where you think everything's resolved, and then BANG, Jack got the phonecall from Cheng. |

I was really upset that Assad got killed. I actually really liked him, I like what he did and how they developed his character and I was really looking forward to some more character development and story lines. And then they killed him, but I guess that's 24 for ya. |

And he spoke it so terriblely! It was so unrealistic that the guard bought it! |

He's a field agent who's been all over the world. I suppose he just picked it up whilst working at that Victor Drazen mission. |

I happen to know Russian and I can tell you that the way he spoke it was just terrible. It was incorrect and with no accent.
Besides, even if he has been all over the world we haven't seen it. Then it means that it was long ago. The Russian language is not native for him so there is no chance he could remember it so quickly. That Drazen mission has nothing to do with Russian. That's Yugoslavia. |

Yeah I can't imagine Kiefer knowing russian in real life so he would have had to learn that sentence and he won't have done a very gud job of it.
At the end of the day, who really cares? |

MORE action to the end? I think it had a pretty descend amount of action. Kinda reminded me of the S2 finale, what with the final showdown and such. |

Personally, I liked the ending of season 2 better. We saw how Jack can fight and at the end, sometimes, he also needs luck. |
