Jack killing Henderson

I hated Henderson. The way Jack approaches him as Henderson realises his magazine is empty and Jack rattles off the names of Palmer, Tony and Michelle, voice breaking slightly.

Then just two shots in quick succession.

Awesome.

On a side note: Just finished season 5. Very good, but not the best. I still prefer 4 and 1.

But who knew Jack was alive in the first place? Did I miss a really big plot point or does that come up in 6? I just never quite pinpointed how anyone knew Jack was alive so they knew to target Michelle, Tony and Chloe in order to frame Jack.

Any helpp?

If you watched 4 you would know he didn't die. They helped fake his death. He even walked into the sunset at the end.

That was a very powerful scene!

Another one I remember, is when Jack faked killing Sayed Ali's family, and Kate freaked out at him, and he didn't defend himself. I was still trying to get a grip on his character and what he was capable of since Teri died, but I was freaking out as much as Kate that he actually killed the family... Until I knew it was all staged!

Basically. Palmer mentioned in season 4 that there was someone in Logan's administration gunning for him.

I get what you're saying, they never really explain how exactly the terrorists/framers uncovered that jack was still alive and that these four helped him fake his death.
Did they ever even explain why they felt it was necessary to frame jack bauer of all people? lol dont poke the bear

Yeah that's the Season 5 prequel (or rather... the Toyota advertisement with Jack and Chloe)... anyway, it's found on the Season 4 DVD.

I can't name a specific scene in season 5, because I love the whole season. It was this season I became hooked on 24. I have sinced watched & own seasons 1 thru 6. Very Happy

My favorite scene by far has to be when jack kidnaps Logan. I thought he was goin to kill him for sure.
The scene when he kills Henderson is 2nd followed by when he kills Bierko.

Great moment.

I love the docks/submarine sequence. Especially inside the submarine, where Jack sticks the knife in a goons throat.

The moment that will always stay with me from season five is when Jack asks McGill to sacrifice his life to save everyone else in CTU. It is powerful, uncompromising and unapologetic almost in that this is a neccessary death. It's what I love about this show, that it can do powerful stuff like that.

Also I love the fight scene in the fifth hour between Jack and the guy sent into kill him by Walt and Spenser Wolf. Great fight scene and disgracefully violent in the most wonderful way.

haha, when my mom first watched 24 I was always like 'mom turn of that cr*p' and at one time I sat down and watched one episode, and before I knew I was the one who always called my mom when the show began Razz

I have several favourite scenes, but one of them is when secretary Heller drives himself into the ocean (I think) -> really tragic! Afterworths it all turns out fine.

Also Martha Logan: for me she was (after Charles) the best of season 5.
